This tour is designed for 2–3 adults per car and booking. The booking for 4 people is possible but makes the usage of an additional car neccessary.     01

    From Salalah to Al-Mazyounah & Jedelah Desert

    Start your adventure early in the morning with a scenic drive from Salalah in a 4x4 vehicle, heading west towards the vast wilderness of the Empty Quarter. Make your first stop at Wadi Dawkah, a UNESCO World Heritage site and home to the region’s famous frankincense trees — the perfect spot for stunning desert photography.

    Continue to Al-Mazyounah, where you’ll enjoy a local lunch and a cultural experience with your Omani hosts. Afterward, your journey takes you deeper into the desert toward the Jedelah Sand Dunes, home to the largest sand dunes in the world.

    Upon arrival, your team will set up the mobile camp as you enjoy sandboarding, dune climbing, and Arabic coffee at sunset. In the evening, relax around a traditional BBQ dinner under the stars, followed by stargazing through a telescope before spending the night in your comfortable tent surrounded by silence and golden sands.

    Morning at the Sands & Return to Salalah

    Wake up early to witness a breathtaking sunrise over the dunes, then enjoy a traditional breakfast with camel milk. Continue your desert adventure with a 4x4 dune-bashing session, guided by professional drivers who’ll take you on an exhilarating ride through the soft sands of Jedelah.

    After some free time for walking and photography, the camp will be dismantled, and you’ll begin your return journey to Salalah — carrying with you the memories of one of Oman’s most extraordinary desert experiences.
