Children under 4 years old join free of charge (without a separate seat).Reduced rates apply for children aged 5 – 11 years (50 % of the adult rate).Children aged 12 years and above are charged as adults.For families with more than one child, please contact us for a customized offer.

Do you offer multilingual tour guides?

For guests who prefer a German- or French-speaking guide, we are happy to arrange this service upon request. Availability cannot be guaranteed and depends on guide scheduling. Additional charges are applied.

We offer full-day-trips, half-day-trips, packages with various hotel categories as well as special activities and tours all around Oman. Can I make changes to my reservation after booking?

Yes. You can modify your booked trip (date, number of participants, or pick-up location) up to 48 hours before the tour date — free of charge. Changes made within 24 hours are subject to availability. For assistance, contact our customer support team, and we'll help you make the necessary adjustments.

What are the cancellation policies?

Free cancellation: up to 24 hours before the tour date. Same-day cancellation / no-show: 100 % of the total amount will be charged and is non-refundable.If the tour is canceled by us due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
